Wah. I have my period?

I am trying to focus on daily good habits. But apparently, it's hard.

I'll keep at it. Back on the horse, right?

You CAN do this! At my highest weight I was 212! I got down to 132.

I need to join you one this accountability on Wednesdays ... as I'm at 159 (UGH!), my goal is 150 ... and ULTIMATE goal is 132 again!
